Located on the third floor of Momofuku Toronto, Daishō is Momofuku’s take on a steakhouse. For lunch, we feature burgers, steaks, salads and seafood; we also offer a $30 prix fixe three course menu. Daishō’s dinner features a raw bar, as well as meat, seafood, and meals meant for sharing. The large format meals include salt + pepper lobster, beef brisket, bo ssäm and ribeye. Our menus change often based on market availability, and are inspired by the diversity of Ontario’s ingredients and our growing relationships with local vendors.
Walk-ins and reservations are accepted. Daishō accepts a la carte reservations for parties of 1-10 people, and large format reservations for parties of 4-10 people. Reservations can be made online and a la carte reservations are also available by phone at 647.253.8000 (Monday – Saturday from 10:30am – 5pm). Daishō is located in a glass cube in the heart of downtown Toronto. The three-story building is also home to Noodle Bar, Nikai, Milk Bar, and Shōtō.
Momofuku Toronto is Momofuku’s first project in Canada.
